Angelfish, Pond fish & a bottom feeder need homes

I got these 2 emails n the past few days about fish needing homes. :) These are not fish I have here,
If you guys are interested pm me and I will give you their emails. These are the only 2 emails I got from our TACONS rescue program Kijiji ad. :)

Hello,
I have some comets, fancy goldfish, a couple of Koi, and a bottom feeder. I'm not sure if you are interested, but I have been looking for a new home for them. Please send me an email if you are.

hello,
i have an angel fish i would like to find a new home for. want to turn my tank into a community tank and he is just too dominant also he is by himself and id like him to be with more angelfish. didnt want to just post something on kijiji because i want him to go to a suitable home. if you can help me that would be great

would realy like the pond fish,but the pond is froze over.is it even possible to get them in there?anyone know?

I think you need to keep them in a tank until the spring now. But I'll send you the email to see what the owners say.

I agree. If you can't take them, maybe let me know and I'll give them a yell - I have 2 GF in a tank now waiting for the pond to melt. Another few won't hurt. Of course, depends on their size :lol!:

That is too bad. You would think they would at least reply saying they are gone if they are. They could be busy- ya never know! :)

Not everybody checks their emails daily (or more often ). I figure if she wants them gone then she'll contact me - it's possible she's just really, really busy right now. I can empathize :roll: I'm at Day 11 working right now... I even forgot what day it was this morning :affraid:

I hardly use my email. I only check it daily if I am waiting on an email...like now with the rescue emails .

i emailed,she sent back,i dont think i can hold them till spring.the koi are 6 or 7". good luck

Well I hope someone gets them.
If I had a spare tank for those types of fish I would hold them for someone or even for my MIL for her ponds.
But alas I have too many species and set ups going on here at once.

She never did reply to me... could you email her back and tell her that I could probably take the fish? I have a couple of 4-5" GF I'm holding right now until the pond is thawed, plus I had someone with some big tanks email me saying he could probably help out as well. I'd hate to see them not get a good home.

Did anyone ever hear back from this person to see if she found homes for the fish? I still haven't heard from her - I can take them right now if she needs me to....

They didn't even respond to me after I told her I posted it up here. :scratch:
They must have found homes for them.
