Hi, from Halifax. I keep planted tanks, but have had a hard time getting anything set up ever since I moved out here.
Finally got a tank going though (10gal, bit of a disapointment from the 75gal I was PLANNING to have!).
Hopefully I can figure out where everyone around here gets their plants and whatnot

Welcome to the site :) Keep your eye on this site, members sometimes have clippings to give away and post them here. Also there may be a plant order soon ( http://www.nsaquariumclub.com/t7752-possible-new-place-to-purchase-plants?highlight=new+place ) I also shop at PU for plants.

Welcome to the forum. It's always a good idea to post a list of the types of plants you are looking for, I'm sure someone will have what your looking for, good luck

There are lots of fishkeepers on here willing to help you out anytime. So please don't hesitate to post any questions or concerns you may have.
Please take a minute to review our Forum Rules and Policies under "Rules and Policies" section.
There's also the Avatar guidelines right in this section for your quick reference.
In the next week or so, an email will be sent to you with a membership form to fill out and return to sender. You don't have to fill out this form but if you decide not to fill it out, you will not receive a membership card or any of the discount cards from the club that entitles you to enjoy discounts from our generous lfs sponsors. So please watch for this email. If you don't get an email within a couple weeks, please check your "Junk Mail" in case it's there. If still not there, you may make a follow-up post under "Membership Cards for discounts" in the Club News section.
If you have any pictures you would like to share with us, feel free to post them anytime. We always love to see fishy pictures here.
